How to cancel Nifty

Before you cancel

Export first

• All of your data held by Nifty: Ask Nifty for a copy of your data, or retrieve it through the Nifty API (A commonly used format, which the terms don't name). The copy is provided at your request and cost. The help pages describe no self-serve export of all workspace data niftypm.com
• Time tracking reports: Open the time report and use the Print or Export button in the top right of the screen (PDF or CSV) help.niftypm.com
• Invoices for past subscription charges: Open Settings from the workspace dropdown, select Billing under Workspace, then download the invoices help.niftypm.com

What happens to your data

The terms say content is permanently deleted from backups and logs within 30 days of cancellation and can't be recovered. Data from a deleted workspace is purged from servers within 30 days.

What you lose

• Access to the account and all associated data when the subscription expires
• All team data once the workspace is deleted, which can't be recovered
