Keep it for less

Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.

  • Free plan A free plan for teams of up to 5 active users, without the Pro features myhours.com help.myhours.com
  • Cheaper plan Move from Pro (9 USD per user per month, billed monthly) to Basic (5 USD), which covers core time tracking. The help center says to email support@myhours.com to change plans help.myhours.com myhours.com

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Only the account owner can cancel or downgrade a paid account, and the owner pays for all users
  • Close account ends the subscription and access at once. To keep access until the renewal, the help article says to email support instead
  • The Terms say email messages are not accepted as cancellation, which conflicts with the help article: keep support's written reply and check Settings, then Subscription, before the renewal date
  • Downgrading to the free plan removes all Pro functionalities, settings and data, and they are not restored if you upgrade again

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/my_hours.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
