For AI agents
- The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
- Retention step: You must select a reason for canceling, and can optionally say which tool you are switching to, before the final Cancel subscription
- Switch to the team tied to the subscription before you start: the flow cancels that team's subscription
- Removing members alone doesn't lower the bill: also remove the unallocated licenses (effective at the next renewal)
- Back up boards one at a time before the plan ends; the Terms allow export for 30 days after the term
- Contract Orders: Miro's Terms default to 12-month renewals and 90 days' written notice of non-renewal by mail or courier, with a copy emailed to legal@miro.com
- Ending a contract early still makes the rest of the term's unpaid fees due immediately
Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/miro.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.
Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
Delete your account (separate from cancelling)

- How Enterprise customers with their own negotiated agreement cancel is not in the help center; the public Terms cover self-serve and reseller customers
- Whether yearly self-serve plans follow the Terms' 90-day notice or the help center's cancel-any-time flow is not reconciled on either page
- Miro's help pages don't mention Apple App Store or Google Play billing, so no app-store route is given
- Details on Miro's non-profit and board-backup API pages beyond the quoted lines (annual discount stacking, backup import) aren't covered, because those pages couldn't be read in full
