How to cancel Lucidchart

Open Account Settings, then Plans & Billing; under Your plans click the three-dot menu next to each product (Lucidchart, Lucidspark) and choose Cancel this plan. It takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, there are no refunds, and Enterprise plans cancel through Lucid Billing Support.

The short answer

  • Where: Log in to Lucid, click your profile icon or initials in the top-right corner and select Account Settings.
  • When it ends: The subscription won't renew; at the end of the paid period the plan downgrades to a limited free plan.
  • Billed by someone else? Cancel with them instead: a partner.
  • Before you go: export Documents (one at a time). What to save
  • Want to keep it for less? Free plan and more. Options

Before you cancel

Export first

  • Documents (one at a time): Open the document, open the More menu at the top left of the canvas, hover over Export, select a file format, adjust the settings and click Download (PDF, PNG, JPEG or SVG images; Visio (VDX/VSDX); JSON; CSV of shape data). Bulk export isn't available; Visio export needs an Individual, Team or Enterprise account. EU customers with account-level permissions can ask Lucid Support for a bulk PDF export, which may carry costs disclosed in advance help.lucid.co help.lucid.co

Keep it for less

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Cancel each Lucid product separately: one subscription doesn't cancel another
  • On Team accounts only the account owner or a billing admin sees Plans & Billing
  • Cancelling doesn't delete your data; to delete the account and documents, do it after cancelling
  • There are no refunds, so cancel before the next renewal date

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/lucid.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.

Delete your account (separate from cancelling)

Cancelling stops the payments; deleting removes the account and its data. Delete-account page (rated easy).
