How to cancel Krea AI

Cancel in the Stripe portal from Krea's Billing page (Manage Subscription). Premium lasts until the billing period ends, then the account is on the free tier. A refund is offered in the cancel flow only if the workspace used under 650 compute units and 20 generations this month.

The short answer

  • Where: Sign in and go to the Billing page (krea.ai).
  • When it ends: You keep premium access until the end of the current billing period and aren't charged after that.
  • Want to keep it for less? Free plan and more. Options

Before you cancel

What happens to your data

After a cancellation, account history, previous creations and compute unit usage history are kept and stay accessible. Terminating the account itself may destroy the content associated with it.

What you lose

  • Premium access and the plan's monthly compute units; individual plans' unused units don't roll over
  • Content tied to the account, if you terminate the account rather than just cancel

Keep it for less

Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.

  • Free plan Downgrading to the free tier is the same as cancelling. The free tier gives 100 compute units a day and basic features, with no credit card required krea.ai krea.ai
  • Cheaper plan In a team workspace, owners or admins can move members to a lower plan (for example Pro to Basic); the downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, and downgrade credits are virtually refunded or subtracted from the next invoice krea.ai
  • Pay yearly Yearly plans save 40% compared with monthly krea.ai

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Cancelling happens in the Stripe customer portal, opened from Manage Subscription on the Billing page
  • If the Billing page doesn't show the cancel option, Krea suggests trying a different browser
  • Compute packs are separate from the subscription and must be used within 90 days
  • Business and Enterprise plans roll over unused compute units; individual plans don't
  • Check eligibility for the automatic refund before generating more: it needs under 650 compute units used and fewer than 20 generations this month
  • To close the account itself, email support@krea.ai; terminating it may destroy your content

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/krea.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
