How to cancel Inngest

End a paid plan with the controls in the Inngest app, or by sending a clear termination notice to hello@inngest.com. Gotcha: the Terms say a termination takes effect 30 days after Inngest receives the notice, and a trial turns into a paid plan unless cancelled before it ends.

The short answer

  • Where: Sign in to the Inngest app and use its plan or billing controls to end the subscription, where your account shows them.
  • When it ends: 30 days after Inngest receives the termination notice.
  • Want to keep it for less? Free plan and more. Options

For AI agents

  • A trial becomes a paid plan automatically unless cancelled before it expires
  • Archiving a function only lasts until the next deployment; remove it from the serve handler to stop it running
  • Notices go to hello@inngest.com, the contact address in the Terms
  • Inngest's FAQ says Hobby accounts are meant for testing and validating workflows, not production

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/inngest.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
