Keep it for less

For AI agents
- The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
- Grafana's docs don't describe a self-serve cancel or downgrade button; only an organization Admin can manage the subscription, and Pro accounts get email support during business hours through Open a Support Ticket
- Usage is calculated per calendar month, so stop sending data and delete unused stacks to stop usage charges
- A stack with delete protection returns 409 when you try to delete it: turn off deleteProtection first
- On a trial there is nothing to cancel: trial usage is never billed and the account moves to the Free plan when the trial ends
- The payment method is managed under Billing, My account, Payment info in the Cloud Portal
- If you subscribed through AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, invoices are in that cloud provider's portal, not Grafana's
Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/grafana_cloud.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.
Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
Delete your account (separate from cancelling)
Cancelling stops the payments; deleting removes the account and its data. Delete-account page (rated hard).
