For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Trials don't convert on their own: at the end of a trial the account switches back to the Free plan
  • Cancelling or downgrading turns unused prepaid time into account credits, not a refund
  • Yearly plans renew automatically; after renewal you have only 7 calendar days to cancel, and the refund loses at least $50
  • Deleting the account is a separate step; Freedcamp deletes data 90 days after account deletion
  • Export each project to XLS before cancelling; files are covered by the separate Backup service

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/freedcamp.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
