The short answer
- Where: Log in to FlutterFlow and click your profile picture to open the Account page.
- When it ends: You keep paid features until your next billing cycle date; the Terms say cancellation takes effect in the month after the month you give notice.
- Before you go: export A project's code and, optionally, its assets (images, GIFs). What to save
- Want to keep it for less? Free plan and more. Options
Before you cancel
Export first
- A project's code and, optionally, its assets (images, GIFs): Use the FlutterFlow CLI: flutterflow export-code --project your_project_id --dest path_to_output_folder --token your_token (Project source files in a folder) docs.flutterflow.io
What happens to your data
On the Free plan, projects beyond the two you pick are archived, not deleted, and return if you go back to a paid plan. Deleting the account can't be undone and projects can't be recovered. The Terms say data on FlutterFlow's servers may be deleted at any time at its discretion.
What you lose
- Editing more than 2 projects: the others are archived
- Collaboration, which needs a Growth, Business or Enterprise team with a paid seat for every collaborator
- Everything, permanently, if you delete the account

Keep it for less
Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.
- Free plan The Free plan lets you view, edit and run any 2 existing projects you choose; other projects are archived (not deleted) and come back if you return to a paid plan docs.flutterflow.io docs.flutterflow.io
- Cheaper plan To move to a cheaper paid plan, cancel the current plan and sign up for the new one after it expires docs.flutterflow.io
- Pay yearly Annual billing is discounted, typically around 25% compared with monthly docs.flutterflow.io
For AI agents
- The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
- Retention step: A Cancellation Survey must be completed before Cancel Subscription
- An account can hold a personal plan and several team plans: cancel each one
- Downgrading to a cheaper paid plan means cancelling and re-subscribing after the current plan expires
- Deleting the account (Account, My Plan, Delete Account) can't be undone and projects can't be recovered: export code first
- No refunds for cancellation, and the payment method can't be changed for a month already paid
Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/flutterflow.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.
Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
