Keep it for less

Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.

  • Free plan The Small Business plan is free for life for up to 10 users (active and archived together), with no more than 1 Time Clock and 1 Job Schedule; you may need to remove excess users before it can be activated help.connecteam.com
  • Fewer seats Remove paid seats you don't use: avatar, Settings, Billing tab, then Remove seats under Number of seats in your plan. Archived or deleted users keep billing until you remove their seats help.connecteam.com

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Only the account owner can cancel in the app; the Terms also accept a cancellation emailed to support@connecteam.com
  • Yearly plans need cancellation at least 60 days before they expire, under the Terms
  • A yearly plan that renews keeps its price but not any first-term discount
  • Archived or deleted users still bill until you remove the paid seats in Billing
  • A refund blocks access at once: export your data first
  • If the cancel option is missing, use the chat bubble to reach support

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/connecteam.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
