How to cancel Venngage

Cancel on the website: click your initials, then My Account, Subscription, Cancel Subscription, Cancel Account and Yes, Cancel. Paid features last to the end of the billing cycle. Refunds are only within 30 days and not if you downloaded designs that cycle. Enterprise contracts need 60 days' written notice.

The short answer

  • Where: Log into your account (help.venngage.com).
  • When it ends: At the end of the current billing cycle, not immediately; paid features stay until then.
  • Contract notice: At least 60 days' written notice before cancellation or non-renewal. How to give notice
  • Before you go: export Designs. What to save
  • Want to keep it for less? Cheaper plan and more. Options

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Retention step: The flow asks for a rating and feedback, and offers Wait, I'll Stay, before the final Yes, Cancel
  • Choosing Wait, I'll Stay on the cancellation screen stops the process
  • The cancel flow ends with a button named Cancel Account; that ends the subscription. Deleting the account is a separate step and can't be undone
  • Download designs you need before the plan ends, but downloading during the current billing cycle rules out a refund
  • If the Subscription page doesn't show Canceled, contact support by chat or at support@venngage.com

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/venngage.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
